چکیده
Abstract The rising prevalence of food allergy is strongly correlated with dysbiosis the gut microbiome. Rescuing this by reintroducing specific bacteria a promising method to prevent or treat allergy. We have shown that monocolonization Anaerostipes caccae, species representative healthy infant microbiota, protects against an allergic response milk protein b-lactoglobulin (BLG). Recently we developed synbiotic bacterial therapy (A. caccaeplus prebiotic lactulose) which rescues phenotype gnotobiotic mice colonized fecal dysbiotic, cow’s (CMA) infant. Synbiotic treatment minimizes anaphylactic intragastric BLG challenge and reduces circulating BLG-specific IgE IgG1. To understand how single bacterium regulates mucosal immunity during onset IgE-mediated first examined alarmin response. CMA express high transcript levels both IL25and TLSPin ileal epithelial cells after sensitization plus cholera toxin. abrogated response, potentially via increased mucus production. also reduced proportion number T follicular (Tf) helper in ileal-draining lymph node (LN) Tf-regulatory colon-draining LN, suggesting role T/B cell regulation. Ongoing experiments are examining affects localization expansion producing tissues including Peyer’s patches mesenteric LNs. These findings will help uncover mechanisms specific, protective inform development effective live biotherapeutics.

This is a real problem affecting the accompanying animals. Especially that the occurrence of the phenomenon of satisation (co-sensitization) and consequently cross-reactions to allergens has been described. Individuals with food allergies must receive food allergen-free and allergic to allergies. Hypoallergenic food for dogs with food allergy may be prepared or prepared at home. It is important...

Abstract Background and Objectives Clinical features of SARS-COV-2 virus include fever, headache, cough, sore throat, and shortness of breath, and in severe forms it leads to disseminated intravascular coagulation, septic shock, and ultimately death. Excessive secretion of proinflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1 leads to cytokine storms in this disease. The emergence of new va...

Nowadays, food and medicine are two key elements in treatment and prevention of diseases. It is necessary to pay attention to food and drug interactions in order to create ideal conditions for drug effects and provide normal nutritional status to prevent unwanted interactions between food and drug. This study aimed to investigate the range of observing standards of food and drug interactions in...

Peanut allergy is an increasing global health problem, which affects 1--3% of children in Western countries. The prevalence may have tripled in the last 15 years, which constitutes approximately 100,000 new cases annually in the USA and Canada.1--3 The most recent evidence, challenging the current guidelines, highlights the benefits of early introduction of peanuts, rather than avoidance, durin...
